After serving as Campus Pastors for almost two years, Jeff & Kim Guined now serve as the Lead Pastors for Agape Church. Before coming to Agape in 2018, they led as Student Pastors at Christ's Church for six years and have proven to exhibit spiritual maturity and leadership skills such as both an intercessor and a leader.

They have three children and live in Laurel, MS where they work and serve throughout the week, as Jeff is the owner of Guined Construction and Kim runs Missing Peace Ministry. They both have a passion to see people come to Jesus as well as the Capital 'C' Church grow in unity with each other.

Hagen moved to Laurel and began his time at Agape in 2019 and is a graduate of Highlands College. After serving as the Student Pastor for two years, he now handles the Administrative duties of the church and works as part of the finance team to ensure accounting records and church database records present an accurate and timely financial picture of the church.

He and his wife, Clara - who serves as our Creative Team Leader - live in Laurel, MS and have a passion for the technical and creative arts that help provide powerful and intimate worship services on a weekly basis. 

Desmond and Brandi have been attending Agape since 2018 and serve as our Kingdom Kids Directors for our downstairs classrooms (Birth to 7 years old). They also own Fraiche Cafe in Downtown Laurel as well as Fraiche Event Catering.

They have five children and five grandchildren and live in Laurel, MS. Their hearts are to see children, no matter how young, come to Know God and have a personal relationship with Jesus, Know the Holy Spirit as their Helper, have a strong and bold prayer life, a heart for worship, and a hunger for God's Word. 

Hope has been a member of Agape since 2022 and serves as our Kingdom Kids Director for our upstairs classroom (2nd-5th grade) as well as serves on our Intercessory Prayer Team. She is also a a second grade teacher at North Jones Elementary.

She lives in Laurel, MS with her daughter and has a passion to see both children and adults grow in their faith by carrying the Word of God in their hearts, learning to pray, and discovering and walking boldly in their God-given purpose as well as believing in equipping the next generation to know God’s Word, develop a strong prayer life, and understand who they are in Christ.

Josh has been attending Agape since 2015 and serves as our Student Ministry Director. He is a graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi and is currently teaching middle school history at Northeast Jones.

Josh lives in Laurel, MS and is passionate about students having a deep relationship with Jesus as well as training, equipping, and raising up this next generation of young leaders to proclaim the Gospel to the world. 

Gabe has been attending Agape since 2015 and serves as our Worship Arts Director, where he leads our people in passionate worship services.  Gabe is also currently employed at United Health Services as an Epic Analyst.

He and his wife, Brittany - who is a part of our Small Groups and Intercessory Prayer Team - have two children and live in Richton, MS. They have worshipful and prayerful hearts for the Lord and have a passion for seeing Him move in the lives of other people. 

Becky has been a part of Agape from the very beginning in 2010 - as she was on the original launch team that came from San Luis Obispo, California with our former Pastors James & Nece. She is employed by the Laurel School District where she works as their Science & Social Studies Coordinator.

Becky lives in Laurel, MS and has a passion for seeing the women of this generation have a deeper connection and relationship with God and with other women in our community.
